Horizontal bitumen storage tank with heating coils are widely used for holding different kinds of bitumen in the road construction and maintenance. They come in different sizes with capacities from 30 to 50 cubic meters. Our factory can provide all kinds of asphalt bitumen tanks, asphalt storage tank, asphalt tank, bitumen heating tank, bitumen storage tank, bitumen tank, bitumen tank container, asphalt tanker and bitumen tanker.
Thermal oil heating asphalt tank can be used alone or supported with asphalt mixing plant. Our bitumen tank features in bitumen storage, preheat, dehydration, heating, temperature indicating and high-temperature alarming, etc.
Tank Components
The equipment consists of 35 m3 horizontal tank, rock wool insulation layer, four transverse bases, heat conducting oil coil in tank, asphalt liquid level meter, asphalt thermometer, manhole, breathing hole, climbing ladder, asphalt import and export, heat conducting oil import and export, sewage outlet.
