Description
Electric heating asphalt storage tank is heated by the electrical heated tube. The structure is compact, easy installation and transportation, easy operation, high level of automation and no pollution during the construction. The bitumen tank is widely used currently.
Asphalt storage tank components
Electric heating asphalt tank is mainly composed of tank body, rock wool insulation layer, electric heater, asphalt thermometer, asphalt temperature sensor, asphalt level gauge, pressure level sensor, top manhole, asphalt inlet and outlet, ladder guardrails, electric control box and so on.
Two options
option 1, electric heater heating thermal oil, avoiding asphalt aging by indirect heating.
option 2, electric heater heating asphalt directly, saving cost with lower price.
