District Heating Technology Asphalt Tank , Bitumen Tank For Bitumen Heating And Storage
Descriptions
Bitumen system is composed of bitumen insulation tanks, hot oil heating boiler pump and pipelines, valves, flanges, metal gaskets and other accessories.
Bitumen is storage in insulation tanks, tank is covered by insulation material, there are hot oil coils inside the tanks. Hot oil is heated by electric tube and go through pipelines, at the same time hot oil transfer the heat to bitumen. So that the bitumen raises to rated temperature.
Asphalt storage tank components
Electric heating asphalt tank is mainly composed of tank body, rock wool insulation layer, electric heater, asphalt thermometer, asphalt temperature sensor, asphalt level gauge, pressure level sensor, top manhole, asphalt inlet and outlet, ladder guardrails, electric control box and so on.
Two options
option 1, electric heater heating thermal oil, avoiding asphalt aging by indirect heating.
option 2, electric heater heating asphalt directly, saving cost with lower price.
